Kenneth Bloskas has been in Real Estate since 1985, and holds a BBA in Economics and Finance from Baylor University, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Texas. Ken has invested, sold, managed and advised on millions of dollars of real estate. Ken has also advised and sold millions of dollars of commercial real estate ranging from office, land, retail, and industrial real estate. Ken’s experience in evaluating lease values, land values, and sales values with investment real estate allows KI to develop sound strategies in real estate acquisitions. Ken has the ability to look at deals from a numbers viewpoint, while also evaluating the economic view as well. This is a very unique perspective and has allowed him to adjust strategies in the various stages of the business cycle that others miss. For example, Ken adjusted his strategy before and during the 2008 recession that allowed the investments he managed to do well when the market was falling. Ken’s approach is to study both past economic trends (that everyone sees), as well as current trends which provide insights into future trends
that others will not see.
